Q. How much does it cost to POST a service project on DallasForHire.com?
A. Posting service auctions on DallasForHire is absolutely free!
Q. How much does it cost to bid on projects?
A. Service Providers pay $24.99 for 1 year of access to bid on DallasForHire projects.
Q. Do you need a credit card to sign up?
A. No. You do not need a credit card to sign up. You will, however, need a credit card to order upgrades, such as 'Featured Projects' and Service Provider features and fees.
Q. What are the rules of using DallasForHire.com?
A. Please view the 'Terms and Conditions' document for complete details.
Q. What if Another Member is Violating the Terms and Conditions?
A. If any member violates the Terms and Conditions Agreement, please report it to our Violations Department. This type of activity is not allowed and members participating in such activities will have their accounts cancelled and will not be allowed to join in further DallasForHire.com Community services, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Q. Help... I can't login or can't access certain areas of the site. Every time I click a button, it asks me for my username and password again. I'm using Internet Explorer and the links in my control panel aren't working. How do I fix this?
A. Please follow the following instructions to enable all Control Panel links:
While Internet Explorer is open:
- Click on the 'Tools' menu at the top of your screen.
- Select 'Internet Options'
- Click on the 'Privacy' tab
- Click on the 'Sites...' button
- Type 'worldforhire.com' (without the ' ') into the 'Address of website:' field
- Click on the 'Allow' button
- Click on the 'OK' button
You will now be able to login and access these links using Internet Explorer.
Q. Can I be a buyer and a seller?
A. Yes. However, at this time, you must create two separate accounts for security reasons. In addition, we believe each person should earn separate feedback as a seller and as a buyer. For example, John Doe may be a great buyer, but that doesn't necessarily mean he'd be a great plumber.
Q. Why won't the site let me use the same email address for both my buyer and my seller account?
A. For security reasons, every account must have a different email address. However, if you would like to use the same email address for your buyer and seller accounts, contact our Customer Care Department by clicking on the "Contact Us" link on our main page. Let us know your requested account information and we will create the second account for you. You will receive your login information within 1-3 days. Once you have received your request, change your password as soon as possible.
Q. How can I cancel / delete my account?
A. To cancel / delete your account, simply use our contact form to send us a cancellation request. We will then verify your identity delete your account.
